Shaun, the founder of Custom Circuitry, brings hands-on experience building mission-critical wiring systems for some of the world’s leading aerospace companies, launch vehicles, and communication satellites. Before launching Custom Circuitry, Shaun:

• Built over 350 low-earth-orbit satellites for Airbus-OneWeb, fabricating, integrating, and testing full avionics, payload, and power systems.

• Constructed critical ground support and launch umbilicals for SpaceX Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Crew Dragon, including RP-1, LOX, environmental control, and cryogenic commodity delivery systems. 

• Built harsh-environment flight harnesses for Blue Origin’s New Glenn Launch Vehicle, Blue Moon Lunar Cargo Lander, and Blue Ring Satellite, including precision manufacturing of sensors, avionics, and test systems under NASA J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 with Space Addendum standards

• Produced hundreds of automotive standalone harnesses, including Gen V, Duramax LLY, LBZ, and LB7 platforms. All fully labeled, tested, and quality-documented for reliable installation and performance.
